Builders Warranty Expiration Inspection -- The Builders Warranty Inspection is preformed near the end of Builder's 1 Year Warranty, usually in the eleventh month.  The purpose of this inspection is to review  your new home for defects prior to end of the warranty period.  It also allow you to point out any problems you may be experiencing to the inspector for his review and documentation in his report.   The findings of the inspector will be presented in  a report, including a list of the deicient items which you can then present to the builders representative.
 
 
   

MAINTENANCE INSPECTION--Periodic review of a property to determines its condition in order to recommend maintenance proceedures to protect property valueReal estate investors may find this service attractive prior to or just following rental termination to identify maintenance and or repairs of structures as needed.  Investors may find it as an easy tool to stay on top of their holdings. 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Additional testing available

  • Lead--Tests for lead based paint, suggested use in homes built pre 1978.
  • Mold--Tests for determination of the presents of mold and other allergens 
  • Radon--Tests for clear, oderless, tasteless, class A carcinogic gas
  • Water--Test for safe drinking water, required for homes where a well is the primary source of water for drinking and cooking.
